As Kappa Deltas, we aim to nurture a diverse and inclusive environment through our recruitment practices and member education initiatives. All of our members deserve to feel safe, welcome, and loved within our chapter. As stated in our creed: "may we each day through love of those within our circle, learn to know and understand better those without out circle." There are two types of recruitment: Primary and COB (Continuous Open Bidding). Primary recruitment occurs each fall semester whereas COB occurs after the primary recruitment period in both the fall and spring semesters. No matter the time of year, Kappa Delta is recruiting!
