Kappa Delta

Chapter Housing

We currently have a beautiful chapter house dating from the 1960s, very recently remodeled. We are very fortunate to have a remodeled interior, complete with updated bathrooms, new furniture, as well as wood floors and storage space in all of the bedrooms. Our house also features a library, a study room, and a newly paved parking lot in the back for members living in the house.

Freshmen are required by CSU to live in their assigned dorms for their entire first year. Kappa Delta requires members to live in the chapter house beginning their sophomore year or their first available semester. Our house is a prime location for our members, as it is right across the street from the Lory Student Center, and only a few minutes walk from campus!

Not only do we have a home filled with laughter, it is also overseen by the BEST House Mom and Dad!
